Final fantasy is mentioned several times but no mario and luigi games? I know they're not really deep but they have awesome battle mechanics

Yaaa... this list was hard to make everyone has their favorites if I had done my top 15 even Grandia would have been added.... I started at top 5 and well that was to hard so I made it 10 then I was like but what about these games. So I had to stop myself at 13

Ya I really had a hard time narrowing this down... There are a TON of great ones out there.. I could of added like another 20 more to the list and still had a hard time. These are just my favorites and what I consider the best of the best.

No Grandia? That is a damn shame, one of the best turn based combat systems available. Not to mention a great story and fun characters. Shadow hearts is another good one, that disc based combat system was hella challenging. OH! you forgot to mention Legend of Dragoon, a few people will nay-say it but it is an amazing turn based RPG. I gotta agree with you on FF: Tactics, one of the best damn stories in gaming.

Hey, moving forward you might be interested in joining a Linkshell, to have more people to talk to and play with. I run just such a LS on the Ultros server and we have a ton of friendly players so we might be able to enhance your experience ^__^

Good point but I also like games like dishonored. Cause if done right your own emotions will come out. It be interesting to see if they can do what EQ has done and use their webcams to capture player reactions and movement and paint it on the in game character. it called soe capture.

What would be nice if they gave a choice to check in and have the option to share games the new way, but it wasn't required. After talking with you about it I eventually warmed up to the idea of why Micro$oft was doing what they were doing, but it's very difficult to force users to change how they do things. It would be much easier to say, "Hey folks, we really want to try a new way for you to share your games. If you are on board this is what you do, etc. etc. If you don't like the idea, no worries, everything will be exactly the same. If you do like the idea, here is a brand new game just for trying the service!"

Well as a gamer first, I say PS4. For a legit multi-media platform, I say Xbox One, especially now that Microsoft has lifted used game restrictions and the Online Check-ins.

I would not be okay with that, I would lobby your local office, something MUST be done to change this! How can you POSSIBLY let that situation sit? I would be the worst and probably most hated person in your town as I would not let ONE single day pass by without letting it be known just how miserable and god-awful it is that the infrastructure of the town/city/state is so reprehensible. You just gotta do something! PLEASE...how are you happy?

I really think Microsoft should have just kept mum on some of these things and just tried to spin the positive, but even that would have been bad...no one cares what Microsoft says or does, good or bad "haters gon' hate" and I really wish I knew who it was that said that first so I could attach their name to it. =\

I don't trust M$ with my games. What happens when xbone is no longer supported? Do I lose all my games? Will the machine be unusable because it can't connect to a server once a day due to the server being down? Heck, I worry about my current xbla library once they are done with the 360!

I think M$ is just too early with the online needed and digital content stuff. They should have implemented a few small things but waited another generation for the full blown xbone stuff they are showing us now.

I completely understand what you are saying. I used to spend every summer in a small town called "Raton NM" it is a pretty tiny mountain town. However I could get online albeit slow several times a day. The Xbox One needs to get on and basically re validate a certificate it is tiny.
I will not argue with you that it is an ideal situation. It really is not, however I personally do not find it a deal breaker. As far as travel concerns most if not all hotels boast of free wifi now it is not... good but it does not have to be to make that quick handshake. I apologize if you think I said it was a non issue I believe it is a problem with the system just not a deal breaker for me personally.
